Meditation Music Sound Journeys

I am Tracy Waugh, a musician, energy channel, and meditation guide serving Southwest Florida and beyond.....

I work with channeling energetic feeling into sound and verse. My music is multidimensional as I allow cosmic connectedness and ancient information to intuitively guide me as I create.

I loop layers of original electronic sounds, ethereal vocals, various instruments, and sounds recorded in nature. Certain loops contain positive affirmations and light language meant to sooth the nervous system and restore heart coherence.

528 Hertz is a sound frequency. These "Solfeggio Frequencies" are said to assist DNA repair, reduce the stress hormone, cortisol, and increase the "love hormone" oxytocin.

Sound Bath

Each setlist is a customizable collection of loops seamlessly blended from one to the next. This continuity bathes the listener in vibrations of tones and frequencies assisting their nervous system to calm the body for healing.

The journey is allowing the imagination to flow freely as the body feels relaxed. The sounds inspire the listener to see movement and color, form landscapes, depict stories, or possibly have remembrances of their soul's past existence.
